The Geothermal Master’s Program of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) successfully held a sharing session on the GRÓ Geothermal Training Programme on Friday, 28 November 2025, at 1:30 PM (GMT+7). The event took place in a hybrid format at the Exploration Room, 2nd Floor, Energy Building, ITB.

The session featured Fauziah Maswah, Academic Assistant at ITB Geothermal Master’s Program, as the main speaker, with Dinda Permatasari serving as the moderator. Delivered fully in English, the session allowed participants to gain insights into geothermal capacity building through international training initiatives.

During the presentation, Fauziah shared key information about the six-month training programme in Iceland, including scholarship details, academic and field activities, completion of final project work, as well as opportunities for future collaboration. The event provided valuable guidance for students interested in developing their careers in geothermal engineering and strengthening international networks.

This sharing session reflected ITB’s continued commitment to supporting student development and promoting global exposure in the renewable energy sector—particularly geothermal, which plays a crucial role in Indonesia’s sustainable energy future.
