The Geothermal Master’s Program of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) proudly presents another session of the Geothermal Forum Webinar Series 2022, focusing on sustainability and environmental management in geothermal development.

The utilization of geothermal energy must adhere to the principles of sustainability and environmental preservation to ensure the continuous production of clean energy while minimizing negative environmental impacts. Addressing this important aspect, this forum highlights the topic: “State of the Art of Geothermal Environmental Capacity Building: Facing New Regulation, Embedding to Operation.”

The session features Dewi Permatasari, S.T., M.T. as the speaker and is moderated by Fauziah Maswah, S.Si., M.T. The webinar takes place on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 13:30 to 15:30 (Western Indonesia Time)

This session aims to discuss how the geothermal industry can strengthen environmental capacity building in line with new regulations and operational practices, promoting sustainable and responsible geothermal development.
