The Master’s Program in Geothermal Engineering, Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), successfully conducted a Geothermal Training Program in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (KESDM).

The training consisted of 36 lesson hours, delivered over four days on September 17–18 and 24–25, 2025, and was held online via Zoom Meeting.

This program covered a wide range of topics requested by KESDM, including:
MEQ Application, Well Testing, Power Output Calculation, Binary System, Direct Use, Medium Enthalpy, Geothermal Economic Management, Geothermal Economic Modeling, Macro Excel (Basic Excel), Fluid Properties, Steam Table, Volumetric Reserves, and Monte Carlo Simulation.

The sessions were delivered by expert trainers from ITB, including Prof. Nenny Saptadji, Dr. Ali Ashat, Dr. Rachmat Sule, Dr. Afnimar, Dimas Taha, Ph.D., Heru Berian Pratama, Ph.D., and their teaching assistants.
