Program Magister Teknik Geotermal menawarkan dua jalur opsi pilihan, yaitu Eksplorasi dan Rekayasa. Kurikulum terdiri dari 4 semester dengan total 54 SKS, yang mencakup 39 SKS mata kuliah wajib dan 15 SKS mata kuliah pilihan.
