USAID Star Energy 3rd Geothermal Training for the Trainers “Environmental Impact and Risk Assesment”, December 11-15, 2012

This course will introduce geothermal activities and environmental potential impacts in exploration, eksploitation, utilization of geothermal prospect area, and planning for management and environmental report while developing a geothermal prospect area. Instructor are faculty member of ITB, Government Institution, and Industry.

The course will be offered to university staff members and local government officials responsible for exploration and development of number of geothermal areas. Number of participants is expected around 30. Half of the participants are funded through this program. The remaining half are professionals sponsored by industry (self-funded participants), offered commercially at Rp. 12.000.000,- / participant..

This program covers an advance course topic; it is a requirement that applicant must formerly completed the Introduction to Geothermal System and Technology course topics which is proved by the Certificate of Completion and shown during registration.
